Library Induction for Undergraduates
At the start of each semester, HKU Libraries proudly introduces the Library Induction for Undergraduates, a crucial first step to help new students navigate the extensive resources available. This induction is designed to enhance your information literacy and digital literacy, ensuring you have a solid foundation for your academic journey.
In addition to the induction, HKU Libraries offers various general training sessions and thematic workshops throughout the academic year. These sessions cover essential skills such as database navigation, citation management, and effective use of library resources. Thematic workshops dig deeper into digital tools like EndNote, Turnitin, and Find@HKUL, among others.
We highly recommend you join the Library Induction at the beginning of the semester to kickstart your university life with confidence. For a comprehensive schedule of all training sessions and workshops, please visit the HKU Library Training Calendar.
